Intuitive Eating is a weight neutral, anti-diet approach to nutrition developed by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch who realized after years of working with clients assigned by their doctors to lose weight that diets don't work. Not only do they not work, they are detrimental to the health of the body and to the heart and soul.
Through the ten principles of Intuitive Eating you will be guided along a journey to make peace with food and find freedom from chasing a smaller body. You will begin to trust your body, heart and mind as the ultimate authority in what, when and how much to eat.
